2 About Our Platform
2MobileBazaar is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of pre-owned and refurbished mobile phones in India. We connect buyers and sellers and also directly buy and sell devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.
3 Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform
By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4 Buying a Phone
- All phones listed are pre-owned or refurbished unless explicitly stated as new.
- Condition grades (Excellent, Good, Fair) are defined on each listing and are based on our inspection process.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a device is no longer available.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or location.
- A return window may be available for defective devices — see our return policy for details.
5 Selling a Phone
- Price quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to physical inspection.
- Final payment is made after our team inspects and verifies the device.
- You must be the legal owner of the phone and have the right to sell it.
- The device must not be reported as stolen, blacklisted, or have any active EMI/loan pending.
- We reserve the right to revise or withdraw the offer after inspection if the device condition differs from what was described.
- Payment will be made via bank transfer or UPI within the agreed timeframe.
6 WhatsApp Communications
By initiating contact with us via WhatsApp (+91 9131168664), you consent to receiving responses and transactional messages via WhatsApp. We will not send promotional messages without your explicit consent. You can opt out at any time by messaging "STOP" or blocking our number.
7 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- List or sell stolen, blacklisted, or illegally obtained devices
- Misrepresent the condition, specs, or ownership of a device
- Use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our platform without permission
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our platform's operation
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on 2MobileBazaar — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of 2MobileBazaar or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Product images and brand logos belong to their respective owners.
9 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2MobileBazaar is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Issues arising from third-party services (WhatsApp, payment gateways, logistics)
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers on our platform
10 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of 2MobileBazaar shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
